I. General Accountant
1. Job Description
* Revenue and expenditure reconciliation .
* Summarizing and checking software database.
* Summarizing, checking, reconciliating related documents and receipts.
* Transactions banking : money transaction, money transfering to providers, salary transfering, account pay in…
* Checking, following up and managing salary calculation, social insurance, tax…
* Checking general account of input – output – inventory : sold goods – goods issue warehouse card, input – output data of raw materials, receipts and expenses register.
* Accounting for data and provide records, datas when board of directors require.
* Reconciliating bank subsidiary ledger, accrued liabilities to providers, receivables from customers/agency.
* Balancing material input – output – inventory.
* Calculating and making accounting entry of depreciation for fixed assets.
* Making tax report monthly/quarterly/yearly according to current system.
* Making balance sheet and monthly/quarterly/yearly of business activites report.
* Calculating quarterly/yearl business income tax and personal income tax.
* Making annual report.
2. Requirements
* Male/Female : age 24-35
* Know how to use Misa software.
* At least 2 years of experience at manufacturing company.
* Education : accounting degree from college or higher.
* Be able to work in Hoc Mon – Ho Chi Minh city.
